Getting ready for prototyping
Hello sailor!
Details on the preliminary design of WoodenB are being finalised and I am preparing to start the translation of the design in to machinable code.
I am also starting to expand the information on the website to give you a complete view of what is involved in finishing WoodenB and fitting it to your boat.
Would you care to take a look and if you have any questions, drop me an email?
There may by questions that would get an answer with a small design change resulting in a better system.
Please feel free to ask any question!
Progress on WoodenB (March 16th)
Hello Sailor!
Thanks to Covid-19 measures schools have been closed and yours truly now has to share taking care of the little one with missus Vee. Working on WoodenB is a great task to do with our youngest crew member pottering in the background.
Today I have added a way to connect the steering lines to the pendulum arm and a joint to allow for mounting tubes to be set at an angle.
And if you have not yet seen it, it is also visible how I plan to make the rudder blade.
