Results of the Mister Vee road map survey
In October last year we set up a survey to check if Mister Vee could tweak it's offerings.
If you like you can still fill out the form to give feedback:
Mister Vee road map survey
Here are the most important results.
- 93% of respondents would not mind a website based support system, like a forum, to look for answers and ask questions.
- 72% Would dislike a lower sensitivity, requiring more wind to steer.
- 44% Would like the Mister Vee systems to have a lower purchase price.
- 44% Would dislike a higher system weight.
- 35% Would like a more affordable system, even if that means that it would be heavier.
As it was clear that respondents did not mind a web based support system, your Mister Vee got started on getting the FAQ section up and running, and set up the forums for support.
A new option for the FAQ section was added that allows for questions to be asked that get published to the website immediately as soon as they have been answered.
When yours truly read that 44% of respondents would like a cheaper system, it became apparent that one question had not been asked:
"I would not mind extra work if that gets me a more affordable self steering system"
Because that is where the biggest savings can be made.
